PowerPlace?

What is PowerPlace?

PowerPlace is the online marketplace that brings insurers and brokers together to deliver the best possible client service.

Brokers can compare quotes, cover and excesses from an extensive range of products using a one-question-set quote generator, plus save, bind and renew business. All documents are instantly accessible and as the contract is always between the broker and insurer only, documentation will be issued under the insurers brand identity.

Available to every broker, PowerPlace can be a standalone marketplace accessed through a secure extranet, which is an internet site with secure log-in details, or fully integrated with Open GI software. The extranet version also offers the opportunity for out-of-office quotes to ensure even better client service .

How PowerPlace Works

To Quote and Compare

Complete the question set and watch ascending quotes from insurers appear on your screen four times faster than via the nearest market rival. Easily compare quotes, cover and excesses.

To Refer

Should you need to refer the risk or negotiate terms with an insurer, dedicated underwriting teams will ensure a response is given within a day.

To Place or Save

Quotes can be saved and once agreed with your client, the risk can be made live online and all necessary documents printed off or emailed directly to you.

To Amend and Renew

Because PowerPlace is a full-cycle system, you can process mid-term adjustments and renewals immediately, as well as view any claims prior to renewal.

To Access Our Commercial Marketplace, Anytime, Anywhere

Our extranet version gives all brokers access to e-traded commercial insurance products via the internet, irrespective of what system is currently used. Find out more here.
